I've never played anything like this, it's a tower defense but you're the enemies? The closest thing I've played, especially with the tug of war mechanics would be, maybe Death Crown?

Up to this point you're navigating up a path, and selecting which lanes to send your creeps down. Your characters are placed down similar to say, Realm Royale. The strategy begins to unfold when you get cards to make some units cheaper/free and you decide when to send your wave. Constantly streaming in cards won't get you far.

I love the writing, the art and soundtrack are all great. I really can't wait to see this game grow!

It's hard to really suss out what this game plays like, or even a game to compare it to, but I think the easiest way of explaining it would be to describe it as an avoid 'em up with homing skills on cooldown. You're always aiming at the enemy but you have 4-5 skills at your disposable to play mental games with your opponent. Realistically your trying to manage navigating while searching for openings to fire at your opponent. The game does a great job of using audio sounds to let you know when your cooldowns are ready to be used. SO much fun. SO rad. SO original.

Should also note the writing is ON POINT, can't wait to go 1v1 with a friend and when I feel comfy get some matches going online. Seems like legit netcode as well.

A heavy hearted, card collecting, rogue lite with beautiful visuals and depressing tones. I really enjoy what I've played up to this point and the game overall feels like it stands out amongst the sea of ccg roguelites.

Really enjoy this concept, played something similar on Itchio a few years back, the mixture of bad but intentional controls mixed with a dating simulator through various places is so much fun. I've made it through 3 locations now and can't wait to see where it goes. I know this might not be for everyone but it's so much fun if you like the hard to control but hilarious games.

A slow build horror experience with phenomenal atmosphere. Very unique. I want to to dig through the rest of Chilla's games now. Seriously, so well done.

Up to the point I have played, I absolutely adore this. Not a classic point and click game, per se, feels more like a series of escape rooms with some fun and complex puzzles that make sense (if not at first). I can't wait to see what happens next as we ascend the tower :D

A really unique game -- honestly a concept I haven't seen before. I imagine this has to be at least a sliver of truth as to what it would be like to be manning the stations at a local news studio. I love how you get almost instant results at the end, able to see what you just cut. Like, I'm doing a horrible job selling this game, it's just an experience I think is rad and I see the potential of it spiraling into more crazyness as more clips are added over time.

Very early on in the current build of Metal Unit, but can confirm a few things. First off: combat feels great. Attacks, finding new items, it all blends together in a very polished way. I have no idea how far along content will be, i'm working on Chapter 2 now but a) damn it's hard and b) when i die, it's always been my fault. I think with time and growth this could be a MAJOR player in the roguelite genre. Super fun.
