This game looks good but lacks some stuff that shouldn't be missing, mainly:

• Proper controller support (not just supporting 4 wheels)
  
• TrackIR support

I even had a bug where the set audio options weren't being applied at all.

I'd like this game but in it's current state I can't play it and that audio bug being in the game for 3 months already doesn't give me any hope, I will be refunding this game.

I am someone who enjoys firefighting games a lot so I really want to like this game, here is my review of it:

This game should not have been released in this state. However I do think it is playable.

Bugs, there are a lot of them, from mirrors that completely obliterate performance to non functioning equipment (all essential equipment works).
Content, there seems to be very little. From what I have been able to translate (more on that later) they planned on releasing more calls/incidents in the days/weeks after release.
Translations, all the text/voice recording for conversations was made in German, the text has been translated to English but the quality is not great. Voice recording are all in German which I don't think is a big deal.

Community management/Information:

I made this more of it's own subsection because I think this is the most important issues around this game.
Most information is in German, the developers have chosen to make Youtube videos to make announcements etc, these are all in German and have to be translated using the very lacking auto-translated subtitles.
Update: they seem to have gotten the point about releasing all information in German, English information still comes in a little later but it eventually gets translated properly (finally without some auto-translate tool).

Overall I think this game has a lot of potential but it will need a lot of work and I am not 100% confident the developers will be spending that time on the game, seeing how they abandoned the first game. This is however seems to be a lot better of a basis than the first game.

I will of course update this review if anything changes

This DLC is one, very expensive for what it is. Two, it is currently not usable as the vehicle somehow flips over when you get out of it...

I could not recommend it at all

Before I begin: I have recieved this product for FREE!

I can however not recommend this game. When I found out about this game about one or two years ago I loved the idea, me being a fan of simulator games and at that time payday 2 I thought this would be a match made in heaven, I was dead simple wrong. This game had a rocky start, when it "released" it barely worked and was so bug ridden I was only really able to play it for about 30 minutes while already having spent 30 trying to get it to work, when I got in I tried playing the tutorial level wich had some signs teaching me the basic stuff but alot of stuff was missing or didnt really work. Now over a year later it is a little more stable but I have not seen any new features or any real development for that matter.

In this year the developer (Meerkat Gaming) has released another game for PlaystationVR wich I havent played and never will but it was recieved better and seems to have done fairly well so far. I wish I could say this was not a forgotten game but it basicly is, one patch (sep 2017) in almost a year for an EARLY ACCESS GAME is just... I dont have words for the crap that got pulled by this developer. Games like these are why the Steam early access program stopped.

If anyone would ask me to get this game I would give them about 10 reasons why not to, and thats just the first 10 I can think of.

First of all this game is NOT anything like the first 2 games. If you liked either of those (I sure did) and expect this game to be similar you are dead wrong. I personaly like this game just as much as any other game altough the first two games are simply better. Now the only real issue I have with the game is that it get VERY repetitive. Apart from that the gunplay is good, the movement system is good and the DLC's are actually amazing.


Con's

• It gets VERY repetitive
  
• It is nothing like the first two games and in my opinion should NOT be sold as a mafia game.
  
• Animations (doors, etc) slow the gameplay down a bit too much.

Pro's

• The gunplay and movement system is amazing and not too clunky
  
• DLC's have a good amount of amazing content
  
• Graphics are good and run smoothly

I have owned this game for ages and as of writing this review I have almost 500 hours in the game. And I like the game, this however does not mean the game is perfect or even good. It has MAJOR issues. I would HIGHLY recomend buying this game + it's DLC's on a sale.

• If you want to do stealth with other people you will have a huge delay wich in some cases makes it almost un-playable. That being said modders have made an un-official fix for this issue.
  
• There also are your avarage problems like hackers and hosts that have the ability to kick you for no reason (I'm not saying I'm not guilty of that), this is especially a problem for lower level players who are just getting into the game.
  
• And then there is the DLC. I like the fact they still add content to the game but the way they go about it is horrible for players. I'm not saying I'm against DLC but a dlc being released every few weeks makes it very expensive. Some DLC's also have more/better content than other.

PRO's

• The core gameplay is awesome
  
• It's the only CO-OP game of it's kind
  
• Once every year or so they release free content for 10 days

CON's

• The playerbase is pretty bad
  
• The stealth delay wich basicly brakes stealth
  
• In my opinion the new skill system makes getting skills for stealth too easy
