In short: great game!

The game does a good job of making you feel like your choices had an impact on the narrative. Characters are presented as real people and not one-dimensional placeholdrers to push the story in a particular direction. The story itself raises interesting questions both about how we should handle difficult relationships and mass data collection.

Fantastic so far! My only quip with gameplay is that I would like to turn off the grid on the green.

I would like to see a bit more control of the course-creation process, though. Once I have set up my course I would like the ability to edit the dividing lines between the fairway and the rough, bunker and grass, etc. I would love to be able to shape the fairways, greens, bunkers, lakes, etc. It's nice being able to create a course in seconds; however, some of us would like the ultimate control over every little detail afterwards.

There aslo seems to be a very slight issue with screen tearing. A v-sync option would be useful in the graphics settings.

Overall, the game is everything a modern golfer could want in a golf game; you can create BEAUTIFUL courses and play them in their complete beauty with fantastic controls for your swing. After all, aren't the most important things about real golf the swing and beauty of the course? (Hint: yes.)
