Played this a lot when it launched, but after release on steam they don't allow logging in with an original war gaming account. You can only create a new account using a different email. This means we lose access to all our ships, stats, etc. Absolutely abysmal.

Great game, tons of fun.

If you skip the tutorial, game breaks. If you fail the hack during the tutorial, game breaks. Game save progress doesn't actually save, must restart from scratch. You die randomly for no reason without prompt.

After playing this for over 5k hrs, the vrc devs banned all mods. Time to go touch some grass.

Got an oculus rift a year ago but never got into VR. Then I tried this game. Blew my mind. Now I'm in Skyrim VR almost everyday. Previously I played Skyrim back when it came out, so I'm surprised an old game feels so fresh when done in VR. The mods work well which is a huge plus. This has immediately become perhaps my favorite game.

The zombies frenzy mode is fantastic. Huge adrenaline rush and fast combat. The Coop mode is also pretty great. Highly recommended

I've played a lot of arma 3, usually KOTH, wasteland, or some coop. Then I tried Squad and it was a breath of fresh air. The gameplay was MUCH smoother than arma 3, though I wouldn't call it smooth in general. The teamwork in this game is what makes this game unique. Join a clan if you want to consistently have decent squadmates.

Sniping in this game is not as fun since most teams don't have proper sniper rifles with decent scopes. Most players are running iron sights or red-dots.

I would highly recommend this game if you are looking for a teamwork based military sim.

This games runs fantastic at quad-hd, getting over 100fps most of the time and max graphics (GTX 1080). The graphics actually look decent. The movement in this game is very unique and fast-paced. This game is all about the grind, so you gotta learn to love the grind. That said, the grind itself is unlike any game grind I've ever played before. It's very easy to enjoy imo, since I don't like games with traditional grinds. Solo play is fine, but I would highly recommend playing with friends.
