I am bad at reviews, but uhh
I have 14k hours on my main account in GW2. It is my favourite MMORPG out there.
It is casual friendly and not P2W
ANET are actively communicating with their community.
The community? Over-all the best. The game rewards you for being a team player. It rewards you for anything you do really.
Crafting system is amazing. You can level your characters with only crafting if you wanted to.
Exploration is big! The zones are many, some are bigger than others. They are beautiful and accompanied with magnificent music.
WvW - It is a battleground of siege battles between servers and guild alliances. Expect massive globs of players fighting over control of supply camps, keeps and castles... And big FPS drops.
PvP - 5v5 structured battles. Don't go there expecting rainbows... It is a competitive scene and... you know how people are there.
Open World PvE - It is what you make it. You can either follow the "meta" or make up your own builds. With the build possibilities you have tons of options to tackle the challenges. It is YOUR way.
End game PvE - Here is where it gets tough. Raids, T4 Fractals, Strikes? Expect elitism. Do your own research before tackling those challenges, don't go in blind. Although fun and challenging content.
Personal Story - This is a series of story instances that are sculpted to fit your character's creation choices. Level 10-30 stories are based on your character's race and choices you have made in creation screen. 30-60 are based on what faction you join. 60-80 is the culmination of the main game story. Where you fight a big bad dragon!
Living World Story - Now this is where it expands even further! These are episodes that were added periodically into the game and they made the world feel alive. Each episode pushed the world further into mysteries and new adventure. Unfortunately most of them will be locked for new players, so you will need to purchase them separately, but worth it!
Expansions - A must have! You will enjoy the core game as a free account or even paid, but your experience will truly shine and expand on if you get the expansions. They are massive and will broaden the field you can play with.
Mounts - The best mount system there is. They are not just skins. Each mount has its purpose and set of skills to traverse the landscape. One can leap a big distance, another can jump great heights. One can dash through sand portles, another can float or dive underwater. One can reach supersonic speeds in the skies, the other is what WoW's next expansion is based on. (totally ripped off too, gg Blizzard)

There is so much more I can say, but I am lazy and tired and didn't sleep well. (I spent all night playing GW2. Don't tell my boss)

Worst anti-cheat in history. Riddled with hackers. Competitive matchmaking is ♥♥♥♥. You want to test your skills? Do it through FACEIT. Toxic community. Horrible support.

Edit for CS2: Same ♥♥♥♥. Can't even watch match replays anymore or play private games with friends.

Think of buying this game?
Don't.
The stealth part is a race of who can be the quickest to kill their target between NPCs.
If you can join a game, because the matchmaking is horrible.
Want to create a private game for friends? Good luck with that.
Got it for free. Won't buy it.

Landed in a busy area.
Died.
Watched my firend for 30 minutes driving an old, blue dacia inside a bunker with narrow tunnels.
Once they made it out they tried to run over a person in an open field.
Missed and got killed.
Best time of my life.
