I think no review, trailer or whatever can light the game in a way that it can do justice. The graphics and music were beautifully made, the voice actors made an awesome job and the stories of all the Finches are really well and beautifully written. The game made me really happy and also really sad. A roller coaster of emotions. I don't care if the game is short. It took me about 2,5 hours to finish the game with every achievements, but it's worth the money.

I'm always hesitant when it comes to reboots, because it's not always a good idea. I became a Tomb Raider fan with the release of TR Legend. I liked the sassiness of Lara, the interesting story, look and level designs of the game and it's sequels of course. I'm not sure why they rebooted the series from the ground since from my point of view, it wasn't needed, but - I never thought I'd say this but - I'm so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thankful they did. The new Tomb Raider game(s) is not a simple game and it does not feel like it. It feels more like an interactive movie with great graphics and a really interesting story with all kinds of stuff to do. This game is not level based like its predecessors, it's still linear but it feels more connected than ever since the whole game takes place on one single island. And it does not get boring. You clearly see that the developers and producers of this game really put thought and effort into these new Tomb Raider games. There were points in this game where I thought they won't top that, but they did. Buy this. You won't regret it. Worth every single cent.

Side note if you watched the new Tomb Raider movie in the cinema:

This game is the basis of the movie. It takes stuff from this game and some stuff from the sequel game Rise of the Tomb Raider and connects them. But the movie parts from the game in some ways of course. It's not the same. The movie added stuff (I liked some of it, some not) and changed Himikos backstory and leaves a LOT of stuff on the cutting room floor. The whole climax is different, so you won't feel like you're gonna experience the same story twice. It isn't. It's similar and the basis of the movie and the game are the same, but the outcome is totally different. While the movie is good, I enjoy the story of the game more, because there's a whole lot more to talk about.

Ok let's be clear at this point. This isn't that type of Resident Evil game like the first games in the series. It's different. It moves its focus from survival horror to a third person action shooter, but it's FUN AS HELL when you're playing with a friend. I played this game only in coop mode and we made it around 4-5 times through the story on different difficulties and to be honest, after a little break I would do it again. I would buy more of these games if there were more.

If you're looking for a survival horror game that makes you scared, maybe look into some let's plays on YouTube and then decide again if it's your cup of tea.

If you're looking for a good & super fun coop game, buy this instantly.

I remember back in 2006 or 2007 when my friend showed me this new trailer of a totally cool looking game which was called Assassin's Creed. But to be honest, I never cared. Not until 10 years later where another friend passed me his recommandation to these games because I didn't really know what to play at the time. So there was a sale at the time and I bought some. At first only a few, then I bought the whole main series because I became hooked. I played all of them. Here are my impressions:

As said in the review of Assassin's Creed 2, these two games are my favorite of the series. The characters, continued & interesting storyline, the setting of Renaissance Italy and the beautiful soundtrack are highlights of these games. At first I was a bit bothered by the fact that this game takes almost only place in Rome (in contrast to AC2 where there are different locations), but the city is so big and there's really much to do. It builds on the ground of its predecessor and takes it on another level. Recommended!

Well, I clearly didn't experience the buggy release of this game which disappointed many fans of the series. I very much experienced the polished version of the game and to be honest, now that the bugs have been fixed, this game should get the recognition it deserves. The setting and mood of this game is totally different than before and I never thought that I would like Paris as a setting and the French Revolution this much. AC Unity also takes a step back and removes ship travelling (of Black Flag and Rogue) what I'm kind of thankful for as I wasn't a fan of it. It feels like a classic AC game again in a new setting with beautiful graphics, new missions and a solid story with likeable characters. I also was a fan of the customization options of this game. Recommended!

Assassin's Creed 2 was the first game I played and is (along with Brotherhood) my absolute favorite of these games. I like the characters, story (along with the climax) and gameplay of this game very much. Ezio (the protagonist and player character) has the looks and charms what, in my opinion not all protagonists of AC games have. The game, even when released back in 2009 looks absolutely beautiful. I'm usually not a big fan of Italy like most people (not that I don't like the country, I'm just not that hyped about it) it became my favorite location out of all AC games. The music of this game is phenomenal and sets the mood like nothing else. This game polished the mechanics of its predecessor making the game more fluent and not as repetitive as the original Assassin's Creed. There are some good side missions, collectables and additional content what makes the game really really enjoyable and sets the ground for Brotherhood and Revelations. I totally recommend this game, still in 2018.

I hope your graphics card is good because this game is HUGE, but f*ck it's beautiful. The new Tomb Raider games are simply amazing. While the first reboot in 2013 had a better story (in my opinion) than this one, Rise of the Tomb Raider is one of the most beautiful games I've seen. The mechanics of this game are a little more polished and more detailed, there are more side missions with stuff to collect. The story is solid and wakes anticipation of the upcoming Shadow of the Tomb Raider which comes out in September. The Baba Yaga DLC is a little side story, but also pretty entertaining for additional hours. Blood Ties and Laras Nightmare are DLCs which I also heavily recommend. They are quiet different than the main stories, discovering more of the history of the Crofts and mysteries in Croft Manor. Awesome game for sure!

At first I was pretty hesitant when I bought this game. It's totally different than the its predecessors with its superpowers and stuff. But to be honest, now that I played this game I wouldn't wanna go back. To be able to run like Speedy Gonzales around the city or fly through the skyline makes lots of fun and it's way faster than driving cars. The game as an excellent humor with funny storylines and one liners. Would recommend any time.

As far as I know this game wasn't that well recieved in the beginning, but to be honest, I f*cking love it and it's a brilliant coop game. Not really classic horror, but more action. I kind of wish that there would be more games like this.

The only thing that bugged me a bit are the controls which were pretty frustrating in the beginning, but once you figured them out, everything was alright.

Is it even worth to write a review for this game? Just buy it, you certainly won't regret it. It's out on pretty much every console, but to be honest it's the most fun on PC because: Mods.

The basic game is awesome. And a modded game can be PURE if you do it with your preferences and it can go into any direction you want. With every new save game you can mod your game funny or silly, beautiful with better graphic, weather or sound effects, immersed with survival modes or even dirty if that would be your taste. The option is totally up to you. I would totally recommend looking into modding when you wanna play the game a different kind of way. The community made lots of awesome mods. Once I changed the whole setting of Skyrim in a tropical environment, changed the Imperial Army into Stormtroopers, the gold into Imperial Credits, the weapons to blasters and lightsabers and made myself a Star Wars experience. Fun times.
