I certainly like the concept of having a time portal with a future and past version of every room...but I think it is poorly implemented and there is a lot of tedious decision making. A lot of the issues stem from past portal room affecting the future too much. A lot of the rooms feel similar to Portal 2 where puzzles are only difficult because 80% or more of the room is filled with non portable tiles.

I understand that this is a free mod but imagining if Valve actually developed this, a couple of things would be fixed: They probably would have found a way to make puzzles not feel like a chore. There would be a more intricate story, more voice actors, jokes, etc. The puzzles would actually be play-tested on a larger scale and "cheese" solutions wouldn't be possible unless you were some bhopping, glitch abusing portal pro player.

I found myself getting frustrated especially starting on Room 19. In Portal and Portal 2, it always felt exciting how to figure out solutions to each puzzle. Whereas in Portal: Reloaded I would change the past portals or cubes positions which would cause you to have to go back to the future to change portal/cube positions.

If I'm being honest as a mod it is pretty impressive but I still don't think I would recommend it to someone. It's a very ambitious project that just doesn't live up to its predecessors. Perhaps if more time was spent or people were involved--or if Valve still made games and produced the project it would be a good inclusion to the series.

As a completist I wanted to finish all 25 puzzles, but I did look up solutions to some of the later ones if I got stuck on them for too long.
