Arma 3 is by far one of my favourite games. It offers a wide range of different options to experience, such as the choice to play sandbox where you can play as a team and fight the enemy factions or you could go solo to try your luck at fighting alone against every person on the bloodthirsty islands. But rest assured you do not have to do it all solo as you have the choice to create a squad to fight against the enemy factions. The whole idea of sandbox is to survive, on most server you can find objects in the world and can make bases with them (sandbox is also know as wasteland).

Also you even have access to role play where you can play as either a cop or civ or even a rebel, what ever you choose you require money to get anywhere so depending on your choice, you could do drug runs to get money or salt runs or as a cop sending people to jail. I have encountered alot on these server and I enjoyed every second of it. The adrenaline you get when you take hostages at a checkpoint and demand money from the cops, but they refuse and you must fend off the waves of police never gets old.

This is just the start of your adventure in the world of arms 3, but I can assure you time playing will not be a waste. They also recently have been adding DLC stuff and it's really improve the combat and satisfaction of taking down your enemies.

This game does also support mods so you can expand your options in this game even further.
