Great city sim that has you balancing moral choices and effeciency with some of the best gripping atmosphere that has you let out a sigh of relief when a storm passes and your screen thaws out

It's supergiant games, so expect the usual. Fantastic unique world design, gorgeous art, godlike soundtrack, compelling story, interesting characters and addictive gameplay. Just like their previous games they knock it out of the park. They make this look easy and its amazing how each new game they make feels better than the last. The next game I'm pre-ordering blind.

The whole free to play premium bullsh!t aside, this game is bad.
-Takes forever to unlock stronger and better weapons, game was pay2win when you still had to buy it.
-Stiff animations and buggy hitboxes, no tutorial so its just a confusing mess when you start.
-Extremely poor optimized game, runs horribly on any system and just ended up making me sick trying to use jump packs.
-The factions looks cool but everything else looks cheap and muddy.
-The menus are a pain to navigate, especially if you want to switch loadouts.
But the worst of all is that they attached the 40K name to this garbage. This is just a quick cash-in on fanboys. Rather go play Battlefleet Gothic if you want 40K fun.

Bullet hell + Parry timing combat = one hell of a fun boss rush game. If you like a challenge these bosses got it. Not to mention Furier difficulty which isn't just a pure stat increase but gives the bosses new and harder attack patterns.

Fantastic game that you will lose yourself for hours in.

Then when you are done with Gwent there is a pretty sweet story as well.

Great art style, Fantastic soundtrack, interesting world, tense survival moments and the game has such a charm in it that it keeps me coming back for more.



Also I died from a snake bite while busy crafting the dandelion tea that would have cured me.

By the time of writing this review I have under 20 hours into the game. I am still in the first town.
10/10

ate a rotten banana, force fed my friend disinfectant spray, turned my camera right and fell off a ledge and broke my legs. 10/10
