Pretty good. Got a lot of satisfaction out of the super crispy voice acting and riveting story. It may not be the first time people have seen this kind of story, but it's told pretty well! The World Tarot system is great for people like me who experience a lot of FOMO when playing anything. If you're new to this game and have no biases from the earlier releases, you'll find that the story alone (not considering the hundreds of battles the game offers you) is great value when considering most other Tactical RPG games available on Steam right now.

The combat, although a lot of people have mixed feelings about it, has been a blast. There is a level cap and it's not for everyone, but it introduces a different kind of challenge from the 2010 release. You can't grind your way to victory and I understand that this frustrates a lot of people, but I hope potential buyers still give it a shot because tactics turned into strategy really do overcome a lot of the challenges in this game.

After 180h into the game, I can say that TOR has definitely scratched that TRPG itch I've been feeling for a while now. Let us cling together!

I bit the bullet and dived into this game pre-release because I felt a lot of enthusiasm when they were asking about what we wanted to see when the game got out of Early Access. I've even shouted over the mountaintops and told everyone I know how much I adore this game's art direction. Unfortunately, I don't see myself coming back to SDM until they've added more functionality that speaks to me (specifically a lot of Steam integration). A lot of publishers that decide to release games on both Switch and PC already factor this in so I hope that SDM trends in the same way. I'll check back in a year to see if anything major has changed on top of the cosmetic additions.

After finishing the story, I gotta say that it's leagues above the first one!

The companion system is immensely useful and I hope they keep working on that feature. It just adds to that sense of family sorely missing in the previous game. Additionally, working on your relationships with everyone is now more streamlined with "quests" and a better way to identify events via the map.

Beyond the QoL changes, the game also has a lot more content. I didn't mind the cutscenes because the character development was very thoughtful. The storylines are beautiful AND at the risk of overusing this word—heartwarming. I was genuinely rooting for everyone. There are a lot of beautiful themes you can draw lessons from. The game did a great job of making the player feel surrounded by love. From the team dinners to supporting each other's dreams, this game has many positive stories to tell. It's a gem recommended for all ages!

Cute free VN with 13 Hanjie (color by #) puzzles to boot. The illustrations are of good quality and something that you're likely to find in good webtoons/manga. The looping background music is also very relaxing. Good way to casually pass the time on a lazy Saturday evening.

Braveland Wizard was okay. I liked the first Braveland better and to be fair, they're technically the same game. There's a minor difference in user spells and friendly/enemy units. If you wanted more Braveland, you've got it right here.

My only complaint is that in an effort to reduce the grind from dungeons (grinding which people do to max out the magic/skill tree), the devs introduced a different type of grind. The dungeons were changed to give more exp but provide a limited number of battles. The problem here is that you used to be able to complete all achievements in 2 story runs by grinding a little bit after the final boss. Now, you can only max 1 of the 3 magic trees per run due to a shortage of points. If you want to get the 100%, you'll have to go through 2/3 of the story in a 3rd run.

I'm leaning towards recommending this because this game delivers exactly what it's supposed to. If you can appreciate this iteration of Braveland for what it is, a lightweight TBS game, then it's a good purchase. I finished this game last night because I wanted to kill some time playing a turn-based game without thinking too hard.

An awesome little bit of 4p co-op action that's reminiscent of Risk of Rain... only slightly shorter. When I bought this, I completely neglected PvP except for some menial tasks. It's a solid choice for some fun, FAST PACED story co-op though. It'll definitely scratch that itch. DO NOT attempt to play this solo since it's nowhere near as fun without the additional chaos. The large variety of characters all very pronounced strengths/weaknesses and have flashy moves. Lastly, the soundtrack is solid, though limited. I suggest buying this one on sale seeing as it's no longer supported.

I vividly remember playing the original Beat Hazard around half a decade ago and it was my favorite shoot 'em up of all time simply because it let me decide how my experience went and ramp it up as I see fit. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago and I recently purchased the 2nd title to this franchise in anticipation of BH3. I honestly couldn't really see how the dev could have expand on an already good game, but sure enough, BH2 delivers many welcome improvements to the original.

BH2 delivers greater customization, more weapons, new bosses equipped with new turrets, and greatly expanded on the shadow mission DLC from the original game. Shadow missions and just unlocking the perks have a greater sense of progression than before. Additionally, The open mic feature is much appreciated considering that I've changed my listening habits just as the game has changed over the years. I no longer keep music on my local drives and I hope that the dev keeps looking for great ways to deliver the s h m u p experience to those who listen to their music mostly via streaming.

The discord community for this game is also very dedicated and helpful. It's filled with impressive players who aren't shy about sharing their fruits of wisdom to encourage newer players to keep on playing. Just by quickly skimming the server (looking at the dev and the beta testers for BH3), it gives me confidence that the direction of the franchise is in good hands.

To summarize, BH in general is a game that you can play in any mood with varying levels of intensity. Feeling an adrenaline rush? Unlock and play in Zen+ mode with max visual intensity. Tired from a long day of work? Tune into a chill radio station and play Survival/Boss Rush. In many other (also very good) similar, it may sometimes feels as if the game is playing you as opposed to the other way around. Give this game and this franchise a shot! It's a genuinely fun experience.

Very casual and relaxing fishing game with some light comedy. It can get repetitive near the end due to the very linear progression loop, but set that aside and focus on the story and concept behind the game. No matter what you believe about the afterlife, this game is an excellent depiction of what heaven could mean for various people. If you allow it, the game leads you to asking some thought provoking questions: Why are we fishing? Can I still make friends even at this point in my life? What is my version of paradise? Also... why is this guy Hiroki just casually chilling on my beach chair?

Not sure how this is free considering it's clearly of a higher quality than most of the free AND paid VNs out there. The character design is beautiful and sets itself apart. The facial expressions, scene transitions, and UI are all smooth. If this free game was meant to promote their other game, then they did a good job. Oh, did I mention you get a full on tune (with actual singing) as the credits roll?

Amusing and relatively short clicker game. I didn't realize I could buy the coin upgrade pickaxe multiple times until 10 minutes in LOL. Don't sell all immediately or the game breaks. Also, when the market value gets too high the coin value starting talking about $NaN bread. 10/10.
