this is actually a pretty abstract yet fun parody game, despite all the blatant inside jokes; i do like the strange storyline this game entails as well as i appreciate how the game partly focuses on story. it's stupid yet expansive, the same can be said about the gameplay! it seems simple at first, but the more you play the more innovative and unique it gets especially with its roguelike aspects

if you have 2 hours to spend (prolly will be more as more content gets added), i'd highly recommend checking this out and even supporting the devs through buying the soundtrack

game's actually really fun with friends and holds up a great challenge especially with how the stamina works, as much as its really interesting with figuring out what exactly takes up stamina and by how much, it is also very unforgiving making you strategize most scenarios in the game. really glad i continued to give this game a chance despite its instability at launch

the only issues I hold with the game is the performance, for the most part i can hold 60fps a lot of the time on DX12 but then once i got to the last section of the game it dropped to about 30fps until i got inside the volcano, I also feel like you guys should release a DX11 version as that tends to favor older PCs in terms of performance; just so you guys can make the game as accessible to people as possible :]

i also feel like as you guys are rolling out daily maps, you should work on a system that generates maps; not only will this give players the opportunity to vary their gameplay each run (or hell, maybe even add an option for a player to set a specific seed) but will also save you guys a lot of time by not needing to release a map daily

by far one of the best point-and-click's I've ever played, the gameplay is innovating and really fun alongside its charming art choice!

on a serious note:
I genuinely really enjoy this game, and I always have ever since I got it for the PS4 4+ years ago. This series is genuinely a staple of my childhood and I will always make sure to keep a special place for it in my heart. Nostalgia aside, the game is pretty fun! I constantly see myself resorting to this game repeatedly each time I have nothing to do, and I'm really glad that this is the game I resort to in said situation. The AI might be pretty dumb in this game, but that's probably what makes the game so fun and stupid to play around with; I also really appreciate the game giving you a ton of ammo too, rather than annoyingly going around the map and collecting ammo like most games that feature guns. I will say some missions are a bit too hard to perform by yourself, like example the Criminal Convoys but maybe that's just a skill issue.

Will be updating this once I beat the game!

Chapter 4 has the worst level design I've ever seen, but I still enjoyed the game

game was mining bitcoin on the loading screen for like 5 minutes, do not recommend
