played this game for 6 hours today
a lot of people are complaining about income from races, thats not a problem if youre skilled at racing and realize how easily you can waste gas. There is higher tier gasoline that you can use to get an advantage through any tougher race, but due to it being expensive, you cant waste it. If you teleport to every race with the best fuel, youll get a lot of value out of it. This is a game mechanic that needs to be learned. That being said. There does seem to be a lot of RNG when it comes to AI racers crashing into things to progress, unless you want to dump all your money into upgrades in order to progress, slowing down progression possibly in later tiers. The tuning is very important on parts. Higher Tier Tires and suspension should be considered first, literally same as every other racing games its based off of. The oversteer people talk about doesnt exist if youre playing the game like gran turismo, dont hit the ebrake, its the brake button. Just Early brake and glide thru corners, turn off the perfect lines cause theyre awful, and just find the fastest way to each checkpoint. Kinda like a Midnight club 3 system where if you miss a checkpoint you are done, so just restart. People will complain about it, but thats a game i like (its fair to blaim the auto correcting when drifting, but the grip (going slow into turns with high level tires) driving is way more predictable and easier to manage, just dont hit the ebrake.

good game, needs some refinement, theres a memory leak or something that ruins the fps after an hour of play time. reset your game to get by it.

I'm gonna give it a thumbs up, its very fun and bingable if youre into the grindy ps2 type racers from back in the day. It is not the new Forza or Assetto Corsa, but it will fill a niche for people waiting for the next racer (Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2025 <3)

This game is possibly one of the best RPGs on the market and it's been out since 2008. The depth of the story and the vast wasteland give you countless hours of playability even with it being a tiny bit outdated. This game was great for it's time and is still a favorite for me!
