It was good when the private tables were free to host and now you have to pay a subscription to play with your friends, if you want to make money with it, sell the game for a price on Steam and don't ask for subscriptions, the game is nice and will die because of greed, sadly.

If the game were like 5/10/15/20 euros on Steam and no more money involved I would recommend it, since it's a subscription system to play with your friends, no thank you
