I love the open sandbox nature of HITMAN 2. Feeling similar to its predecessor HITMAN, the worlds in HITMAN 2 feel much bigger. Hawke's Bay gives a really nice introduction / refresher into the HITMAN games being relatively small and well-contained, but quickly, in increasing complexity and size, Miami, Santa Fortuna, and Mumbai add layers and layers of depth to the gameplay. Whittleton Creek was really cool in that it turned a normal neighborhood into a sandbox for assassinations, not having the same levels of scale as the previous three, but providing another perspective on gameplay.

One thing I do appreciate about the episodic release of HITMAN compared to HITMAN 2 is that it forced me to spend measured time in each area. While I normally love hunting achievements and getting 100% completion, I may need to put HITMAN 2 on pause for a little bit as I'm starting to feel the grind of replaying regions over and over again to finish up the challenges. I'll definitely pick it back up after some time has passed as there is still so much more to complete and explore.
