This is from someone who hasn't played Tower!3D Pro so I don't have any references. As all the other reviews said, the game felt like early access software.

Here's some negative things I noticed:
Gameplay:
- you click "through" the screens. If you sit at one of the center desks and you click anywhere in the strips-screen you move to the seat in front of you
- the camera sometimes get's confused with the zoom when resetting with f1
- the f-keybinds don't always work correctly and will sometimes take you to wrong screens
- the phraseology is very distinct to this game meaning you have to drop some old habits in case you have some

Audio:
- the background noises in the tower were more distracting than immersive, it doesn't feel more real if I hear a microwave go off 10cm next to me every 10 minutes
- I hope the text to speech voices will be replaced with real ones, especially the one voice that sounds like it has anger issues is extremely irritating

Visual:
-I've tried every setting possible but the planes will always look like big blobs when they're further away
-if you zoom out to see all screens at once in the 3D UI the screens are impossible to read rendering it almost useless to use that mode, it is much easier to open them in 2D mode instead of always zooming in and out just to read one number, the multitasking component is missing completely with the 3D-UI
- I find it irritating that arrivals in the ADIRS screen are orange and the arrival slips are blue, the same thing goes for the departures: blue in the ADIRS screen but kinda orange in the slips screen, in more stressful situations this could throw you off
- the climbs of some of the planes seem a little shallow
-the landing gear goes down about 30 feet before touchdown

Now to the positive things:
-the overall concept had me hooked instantly
-the freeroam camera offers great views
-the voice recognition works well 99% of the time even dealing with speaking fast as long as you have the right phraseology
- you can tell that FeelThere is working really hard to fix the bugs that people bring up
-the community is really close knit and you can be in direct contact with the developers
-although still having flaws, multiplayer works relatively well and can keep you on the game for hours
-new features are being added from time to time and the community is already contributing a lot to the game with custom schedules etc.

Ultimately, I have to change my review here and say that despite the bugs I recommend the game. Seeing the effort and rapid development in combination with the community content seems really promising and that's what makes it worth paying the relatively high price. The developers deserve every bit for it and I'm sure their efforts will pay off.
