Jaballah69 does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. In the face of setbacks or adversity will continue to pursue the objective, and doesn’t give up. But may not be able to inspire others to continue as well. Jaballah69 takes criticism seriously and tries to learn from it, though can sometimes be a little defensive. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff.
