The Steam client has a display issue on Linux and my support request has been ignored.
The desktop client code on GitHub doesn't build out of the box, has simple issues open since 2018, and has not been maintained since 2020.
Check to see if the game is being maintained before buying. Instead of having to fix someone else's code before you can start having fun, maybe start your own fun project.
