So we’re making Anthony Bourdain’s Macaroni and Cheese recipe and adding Andouille sausage instead of ham. I’m making the pasta using a mixture of AP and semolina. The recipe calls for cooking the (boxed and dried) pasta before sticking it in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes. My question is do I need to precook the noodles before sticking them in the oven or will that 15-20 minutes be enough to cook the noodles?
