At its core, Wolcen is a great game. The story and cutscenes are great, the combat feels meaningful, skills, passives, items and endgame systems feel well thought out and have a lot of room for future development and expansions.

That said, currently the playing experience is a bit flawed. The game has many bugs that are waiting to be fixed. I’d say the 40$ price tag is pretty steep for the game at the moment because of the bugs, but once they get sorted out the game is easily worth it.
