Well, what can I say. Both me and my brother broke down playing this game. Can't tell you why but damn.... the game really takes you all the way.

Get your best bud and play it in one or two sessions, you won't regret it just beware of tears!

If you are looking to become an adventurer on the seas, this is the game for you. Absolutely awesome game full of trolls, mic-spammers, snakes, roleplayers and bananas. It basically has something for everyone.

The aesthetics of the game, the sea, the stars and the generally goofy look makes the game beautiful, mysterious and intriguing. I've spent most of my time within this game just in awe of how beautiful it actually is.

The gameplay aspects of the game include pvp, pve, pvm, puzzle solving, bossing, lenghty story quests etc. The pvp aspects of the game creates this dynamic of hunter/hunted where you always feel nervous of pvp encounters. Altough most people seem to be aggressive, the few that arent are super fun to come across. I've had some nice rp moments that I can look happily back at. Pve/pvm in this game is basically any random boss encounter (Kraken, Megalodon or Skeleton ships) and the voyages you take on.

The game also has these lengthy story based quests/voyages that are called ''Tall tales'' and these will keep you occupied for hours and hours trying to solve the mysteries behind them and finding the treasures for that gold metal that is so shiny. For this you basically need a crew that you enjoy playing with, otherwise it's more of a hassle than a fun adventurous experience.

Performance wise, this game is so well optimized my old computer from 2012 handles it very well on medium quality. How they managed to creature such a lively sea is beyond my knowledge but it's one of the key features that had me hooked.


Looking forward to play more, sail the seas, explore and find hidden treasures. Btw, if you ever come across a well dressed man with golden locks and a snidy speach talking about the royal navy, then you know it's most likely me. Thanks for reading, have a great day!
