A developer that only made top down games before this is able to make a third person shooter with more ♥♥♥♥ going on on screen and it still runs better than most AAA shooters doing half that.

Its squad, but casualized to make the game more about fun and less about walking for 45 minutes and getting shot from 500 miles away and in world war 2

At first, the game felt very rough around the edges and I felt ripped off. The beginning sequences can be a bit of a slog but once i dug into the meat of the game's story there was very charming writing in many points. No doubt the game is still rough around the edges but i think it's still a very fun experience and I have fun exploring Night City as well as interacting with the characters in a way I haven't felt since my first skyrim playthrough. If it's on sale, go for it. But i wouldn't buy it at 60 bucks
