Very fun level-based Metroidvania, with great pixel art graphics. A Mega Man Zero crossed with Devil May Cry, almost surprised there's no Stylish meter.

Combat has a great flow, while it's light on RPG elements, the Spell and Memory system makes the combat evolve and give you tons of tools to engage all the enemies. On Hard difficulty there were quite a few encounters and bosses that took me tens of tries, but due to the controls being super responsive, it was a very satisfying experience to overcome. Enemy variety is a little lacking.

Puzzles for the most part are easy, with the exception of some very tough optional areas.

Platforming stays fresh and at moderate difficulty level, and as you unlock more movement techniques really allow you to traverse the islands in fun ways.

Would recommend at the full price, at least 10 hours of very solid content that doesn't overstay it's welcome.
