it a great game and hv many event conducted every month, ya some item required you to pay but you can also get item by playing and participate in event,below i list pro and cons:

pro:
-many map to choose from
-competitive gameplay,hv both single/team mode
-in-game-item being gift to u as u play and lvl up
-many event and mission to complete
-variety of item and character to use

cons:
-need to learn it mechanic of item when start
-some map kind of hard or boring
-sometimes a hacker ruin your game
-some item are pay exclusive (they need to make money somehow)

overall it very enjoyable experiences :D
