1. It is useless. Be pragmatic.
2. It is a sign of surprise. Be prepared.
3. It is a sign of weakness. Don't be weak, be strong.
4. It does not help you (or the team) to focus. Be respectful.
5. Contrary to popular belief, it does not help to manage emotions. Be wise.
6. It is always negative, dirty and creates noise that will lose the rounds. Be smart.
