The Sydney Sleeper is by far the worst weapon in the entire game. Absolutely no other weapon has such a strong downside (no headshots for 3x damage) for an upside that provides barely anything in exchange (half a second faster charge and being able to effectively reduce a target's health by 35%)
The fact that it is a direct upgrade for someone who never hits headshots just makes it so much worse, since that turns it into the absolute worst kind of crutch.
To claim it is in a "good spot"" is absolutely banal.
However, suggesting it should be "buffed" isn't much better, since the weapon's core concept is so egregiously flawed that there's really no way to fix it without fully reworking it.
