Alright, here are the steps to get better:

- play with good players and watch what they do
- watch demos of pro cs players
- accept and listen to criticism, reply on them to improve
- Aimbotz
- FFA deathmatch from the community
- learn utility lineups
- learn how to spray the AK and M4 or even better, all of the automatic guns, except SMGs, SMGs are built to run and gun (don't use the AWP unless your aim is better than most of the players in the lobby)
- change your crosshair, that default crosshair belongs to bad players who will never improve
- play as much as you can, this is for game sense
- go try-hard mode, the attitude is important
- don't just simply look at the scoreboard and say someone is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It shows kill, not skill. If people's aim is pretty much the same, the bigger brain gets the win
- don't loose your ♥♥♥♥, if you get tilted, you will lose every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gunfights (this gets to me every time so I know how it feels)
- use low sensitivity, you will win more gunfights than you think you will
