well to start off the game is optimised very very well so +1 ubi, the gameplay is great combat and movement feels smooth and responsive, climbing feels a lot more natural than FC3 but the main reason I bought this game was the story, and I was not dissapointed amazing antagoinist with three more villains who are just as good, the world is full of life and has activities that are fun and engaging, they dont feel like theyve been stuffed in to keep the player happy but have recived time and care in their development. Far cry arcade is also pretty great too and if done properly can be amazing once people get into it. Overall I was hyped asf for far cry 5 and was not let down in any way. But no games perfect and my small gripe with it is that I wish there was more character customisation involved. 10/10 would accidently blow up my companion again.

Edit as of December 2023, gave this game another go. Performance has improved massively, the gameplay isn't fantastic and the missions are super repetitive and at times boring but the story alone is worth a purchase.

custom maps tho, but thats not all this cod is a belter, boss story, boss multiplayer, and zombies, the full cod package.

Wildlands is a really fun game...for 5 mins, then you just want to drive off a cliff and watch your character not die thanks to broken vehicle physics.

idk why people like this so much, could never get into it.

loved it since the day it came out, would beat the s*** out of the edf anyday.
