Physically fit, very rarely sick, and able to meet the demands of a physically demanding job. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Tchaikovsky sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws. When ideas are challenged by others, Tchaikovsky listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. Tchaikovsky willingly joins groups, but tends to remain anonymous.
