There's "found" checkbox in the popup of every marker and "Load Game" to load a standard save and mark a bunch of markers automatically (it doesn't remove existing marks). Then there's "Found Locations" toggle that goggles visibility for marked items (either opacity 50% or hidden). Then you can unmark all by clicking "Unmark All". It's all in the "Progress Tracker" sidebar. I don't see what else I could implement. https://joric.github.io/supraland/3d/

Yes you can every map allows loading save files.
