Training Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Rest Days: Saturday, Sunday

Basic Squats: 3 sets until failure
Squats with dumbbells: 4 sets of 15-30 reps
Push-ups: 3 sets until failure
Bench press: 4 sets of 6-12 reps
Pull ups (wide grip): 3 sets of 6-14 reps
Deadlift: 4 sets of 6-12 reps
Triceps pushdown: 3 sets of 6-14 reps
Dumbbell shoulder press: 4 sets of 6-14 reps
Barbell curl: 3 sets until failure
Plank: 3 sets of 1 to 3 minutes

Half-Life 2 с эпизодами в стиле RTS. Присутствует более-менее хорошее обучение, миссии (которые я не проходил, поэтому судить их не буду) и мультиплеер. Вообщем, тем, кому нравится серия HL могут поиграть, но так как я не фанат стратегий в реальном времени (да и вообще стратегий), меня надолго не затянуло.
