Heres the thing about TellTale's Game of Thrones series:

It has some serious issues, although there are some great moments throughout the interesting, yet predictable story.

The presentation is absolutely awful. The sound, textures, animations (oh god, the animations are laughable) really take me away from the story. I won't spoil anything, but there is a funeral scene where I was laughing in my chair because of the crying animations. This game looks like someone's gcse art coursework. Muddy textures everywhere, I don't care if it is the "TellTale style", it looks like there was one talented artist and his retarded blind pet dog designing the game. Some character models, such as Asher, Ramsey, Dany and Gared look really good, but then you get a scene with Margery or Mira or Beskah or Rodrik and you want to throw up. The poor textures stand out massively and as I said earlier take you away from the story.

The story is interesting, but because it is game of thrones, you know what is gonna happen. I called it from episode one. It has an interesting story, but I don't think the dialogue options affect the story that much and some of the options just make no sense when you have built up a character to be a certain way. I liked the cameos from characters from the show, but they weren't long enough. I got to see Tyrion for about 15 minutes to discuss a trade deal between the crown and house forrester, how interesting!

The "gameplay" is so pointless. Whenever there were QTE's I cringed. So pointless and add absolutely nothing to the game. It would be much better if it was one long cutscene.

So to conclude, I liked the story, because I like game of thrones, basically everything else about the game is bad, and for some reason it would often launch in 480p windowed mode. Whatever, I'm reccommending the game if you like game of thrones, not if you don't or are apathetic to it

If you like South Park, buy the game.

The Stick of Truth is fantastic as a piece of entertainment. It is a so so RPG.

If it wasn't a south park game, I'm not sure if I would reccomend it. The combat can be abused pretty easily by swapping your buddy out every time he is near death, and I only found that I used Butters and Stan, as everyone else is pretty useless. That being said, I enjoyed the boss fights very much, and sometimes I would challenge myself by going in without my best weapons and armour.

If you enjoy South Park, you will love exploring the town and collecting the chinpokomon. The perspective makes it seem just like a show, although there are moments in the game where I feel it could have eben implemented better, especially in the infamous "Mr Slaves Ass Scene" as you will often bump into walls and what-not.

On to the story. WOW. This is without a doubt, one of the best south park seasons ever. Bravo Matt and Trey, your game is hilarious. The concept is amazing, and opens up to some great ideas for a sequel or even some story dlc. The plot just gets better and better and I didn't want it to end once it was over. I have 12 hours clocked, and I still have other sidequests to do, and I would say another playthrough would be beneficial to me as a big fan of the show.

There are so many little easter eggs for fans of the show. I mentioned collecting the chinpokomon earlier. I shan't spoil, but lots of the story is even funnier if you are a fan of the show. There are special abilities in combat for each character which reflect their personality in the show, for example Butters can turn into Professer Chaos.

If you are a fan of South Park, The Stick of Truth is a must buy. It is an average RPG, but it is so much more than a game.

Let me start by saying that this is one of the most charming, intuitive games I have played for a long time.

You are a robot, B.U.D

You are dropped from 2km down to the bottom of a beautiful world. The Cell Shaded graphics look absolutely fantastic, and remind me of Wind Waker dearly. The controls are pretty simple, but I would reccomend playing with a controller (I found it a bit fiddly with a mouse and keyboard). The proceedingly generated movement animation works a lot of the time, but can glitch a bit when you are climbing at a strange angle. The game is fairly easy once you get the hang of it, but it is best played (IMO) when you are tired, and can't be bothered for some twitchy Counterstrike. Stick on some calm background music (or listen to the game's soundtrack, which is very soothing) and this game is very calming.

There is a fair bit of content for the money. You could probably complete the main quest in an hour if you tried as fast as possible, but you would be missing so much more. By collecting gems, you can unlock new abilities (One complaint I have with this is that the first ability unlocked is a better in game camera, WTF? That should be there from the start). There are also tasks after you have finished the main mission as well. I would like to see some community made maps and hopefully some more content from the devs, but I am struggling for complaints about the game now.

Go Buy It! I r8 8/8 m8
