Best played with friends. Making new friends is typically easy here. Solo play is quite punishing but can be rewarding all the same. If you're a better FPS player than most, you'll surely enjoy raiding and slaughtering them as they bring you all their gear in an attempt to stop you. It certainly has its fair share of bugs, none that are game breaking. There are certainly things I would love changed about their official play but I'm not part of that and can make my own server to adjust settings. My biggest complaint is the rubberband lag from server saves. They still, after years, haven't found a solution.
