Absolute 10/10.
This is possibly the best game I've ever played in my life. This game builds you up and up, to "Hey, I think this might turn out." and then all of a sudden, that girl you just got an awesome relationship with is shot by your best friend.
All of the decisions you make in this game tailor exactly what happens; from taking food instead of medical supplies, or shooting one person over another. I'm not going to spoil the ending, but it is possibly the best I've seen.
