Quite possibly one of the best platformer games on steam atm. Can't remember the last time i had this much fun playing a 2D game. In my opinion its worth the original price, but if you are having doubts just get it on a sale - 3e for a game like this is a steal!

Believe it or not, actually a decent BR game.

Coming from an expirienced Chivalry player (~900hrs):
PROS:
+ NO expolits, buggy animations and all the nonsense from chiv, its just raw sword play and footwork
+ NO gamebreaking bugs
+ NO heavily overpowered weapons, all of them have balanced advantages and disadvantages
+ Good point picking system, if you choose a lighter weapon you have more points to spend on lets say armor and perks
+ Addition of perk abilities
+ AI is incerdibly well written, they tend to get stuck in horde mode but those are the map issues rather than AI issues
+ The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tutorial is hilarious
+ AI's insults in horde mode
CONS:
- Quite a few spots on each map where you get stuck on
- CONTENT! This game lacks alot of it at the moment, team objective modes are repetitive and quite dull to be honest (compared to chivalry ofc), only 4 frontline maps
Overall i'd recommend the game to anyone interested in medieval combat and a geniune challenging expirience. This game is NOT for casual BR kids who are used to winning games after 20hrs playtime. This game is one of the hardest i've played and your skills will constantly be tested, no matter how many hrs you put in. After 900 hrs of chivalry, and some 110 hrs on this game(level 40+) i still feel like im nowhere near mastering it. For now, players can use this time to get better and practice the fundamentals so they can get ready for when the content comes. And im sure there will be alot of it in the near future. As it stands now, a solid 8/10

Simple and fun.
Great puzzle game, specially for the female part of the family!
Achievement hunting can be really tough and challenging given the fact that some mods are harder than others, roughly 70hrs playtime for a ''perfect game'' (all steam achievements).
Conclusion:
pros: -Visual effects
-Puzzels
-Only mouse

cons: -The Ice breaker mode is impossible ._.

Definately harder than the first one, still equally fun!
If you liked the first hexcells game, what the hell are u waiting for?

10/10 would missclick again!
