Just like to put it out there, all the times i have trolled and taken the piss out of people with Overwatch bans, thinking the system wasn't flawed and they must have been cheating. I take back all the comments I have said in the past to OW banned players and I now believe a lot of the cases where people have claimed being wrongly banned via overwatch could be legit appeals. VAC banned players are still cheating scum.

OW needs;
Have ingame chat recorded and available on overwatch
Have ranks displayed or avg game stats for the player in question
Have it double checked by official Valve developers and players
Have an option to record mic input if using teamspeak, so that players who choose this option and get viewed on overwatch it provides teamspeak chat, which could also include your sound received as well, to capture team calls etc would also work with all comms platforms.
and last have a more responsive team of customer support available ONLY for overwatch banned players, not VAC.
