It's basically a giant DLC for Sniper elite 5. There have been some tweaks and adjustments, but nothing much has changed. It's also using a lot of the same assets, so it feels very much similar.

If you're a Sniper elite tragic, get it now, if you're not, get it on sale.

While it's technically a standalone game, New Dawn is the ending Far Cry 5 deserved but didn't get. Hope Valley is back and full of life, with similar mechanics, but a much less by-the-numbers story and skill progression.
My primary complaint is the lack of a new game+ with infamous difficulty like far cry 5.
