If you like maps with desert settings and cp_Badlands texture style, look for the following custom maps (downloads on the TF2 Workshop or from the TF2Maps.net mapping community's website):
cp_Whiterock_rc2 (2CP A/D single-stage), pl_Outback_rc4, pl_Halfacre, pl_Eclipse_rc1, and koth_Rocktop_rc2. The map pl_Deadwood has a desert setting, too, but uses pl_Badwater textures.

Hopefully some community servers still run them once in a while during a custom maps event.
