Been waiting for the game to be released from the time it was announced. Counted the days for it, game was originally announced that it would be a single player game in it. However, this was not the case when the game was released, sadly. Wasn't adjusted for singe-player experience, so I waited long enough to play it on V 1.0 releasing day, and still, it is not player friendly. This isn't the survival game you're looking for, as it's all built around multiplayer dynamics.
Could have been amazing game. Nobody ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ care your pvp/cringe servers, jeez.

Don't even dare to buy it if you don't like unadjustable settings and below-average grinding, feeling of insufficient meta-progress etc...
I see no need to explain further.

"Don't even dare to buy it if you don't like unadjustable settings and below-average grinding" Are you dense? There are literally TONS of adjustable settings, some of which that literally increase resource and enemy drops, which can almost completely remove the grind. How the fuck do you got 60 hours and you didn't even look around for that? Bro is living life with horse blinders on.

V Rising definitely allows you to play single-player, offline and is very solo-friendly. I've been a solo player on both PvE and PvP servers as well as having multiple offline saves and every single boss in the game can be completed as a solo. There's nothing stopping you from doing this except you. :P
