151 hrs on record. 150 of them were sitting in a station queuing up skills and wandering off to make food or watch tv. It seemed like everything I tried to do in the game was wrong and any time I tried to venture to make money, I'd get gatecamped and lose more than I gained.

Progression is just far too slow unless you have a megacorp that you belong to. Unfortunately, that's just not my playstyle. Cool ships, cool concept, cool open-worldness. I simply don't have enough time between work and real life to make this game pay-off or be enjoyable.

Hoping Star Citizen allows a bit more freedom and feeling of reward.

The game plays fairly standard. By that I mean there's nothing exciting about it: you have buildings that do as you'd expect and jobs that produce what you'd imagine. There are bridges when you need to cross water, and you need to feed/cloth your people.

That said, I can't find anything terribly wrong with the game other than balance of food and bugs. Pathing in the game is atrocious and often can leave your people starving due to poor prioritization of tasks by the AI. Characters pace back and forth in an endless loop in many cases.

All this game needed was a bit of flare. It could've adopted some flavor like Dwarf Fortress and made craft goods with a bit of personal touch by the artisan, or added some personality to the characters, or added some kind of replayability at all. The only thing you find in a map is water, rock, iron, and wood. It leaves nothing to the imagination and frankly I got bored.

An impressive leap of design since Terraria; Starbound is headed in the right direction. I hope in time it fulfills its goals and fleshes out its content a bit more. There comes a point where it's a bit repetitive and it seems like the weapons/monsters scale too harshley... but it's early in development. Definitely worth playing and even more so as time goes on.

Surpassing 250+ hours and counting, Civ V is and will continue to be the greatest strategy game of all time. Nothing I've ever come across can top the attention to detail, the vast number of playable nations, or the replayability of Civilization V and I've played a LOT of strategy games.

There's a reason this is #1 on my Steam list for games played. It's outstanding.

As I write this, only 117 hrs on record. One of the most entertaining of the Elder Scrolls series as far as exploring and finding new things at every turn.

I still miss Daggerfall (they need to bring back ships, improve spell creation, etc.) and it feels like Skyrim has fewer things to loot than Oblivion... but with the right mods this game is superb. I'd say this makes my top 10 list but with a few crippling bugs and with some need for improvement on the crafting/skill/balance area, it will stay toward the bottom of that list for now.

So far, 30% of the words have been loan-words (katakana). The rest are alternatives to the same word; verbs, which losely apply to the nouns they're tied to; and maybe 10% are adjectives which are the only thing I can imagine being useful in everyday speech.

You're confined to a tiny apartment and although you can open cupboards and drawers you find mostly duplicate items of what's laying around. There are no ways to look out into the world beyond the apartment and nothing to offer beyond basic vocabulary that you can get for free at a site like Memrise.com

It took longer to install than it did to "play" it.

Would've been more entertaining if it were a short movie, because then I wouldn't have to engage while I sat through it. Frankly it's not even worth the low price of "free" since there's nothing to do but hold "up" and it literally is a waste of time.

The end I saw coming a minute before it happened... I just wanted it to be over. The music isn't even original, I had to stop and check to make sure War Thunder wasn't running in the background.
