This is way better than the Hotwheels dlc, I honestly fail to understand why the reviews for this one are worse.

The progression is nice, you can choose what cars you wanna drive and you can also choose what racing mode you wanna play, meaning that you can beat the main campaign rallying a S1 Rally Monster for the majority of your time and the only times you're forced to cross country are the last races for each team on Sierra Nueva.

The tracks are a little wide for actual rally standards but you'll absolutely feel thrilled to keep your momentum if you're driving an A class or higher car, since they're a little thinner for Forza Horizon standards. The track designs are great for rally mode since they're full of turns, hairpins, jumps and elevation changes but without the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ level design that most cross country tracks have in the normal Horizon, and even more enjoyable than the rally ones.

Yeah, the co-driver instructions aren't the most accurate, and the Horizon Races are totally not rally but this is not meant to be another version of some rally simulator like Dirt Rally 2.0, Forza Horizon is a simcade with a more casual appeal so it's kinda to be expected. It's not like you're being forced to do Horizon Races with trucks most of the time so you can just forget about that if you are like me and don't care enough about doing 100% (and you'll still be able to do the playlist events anyway so long as you beat the main campaign). Though I have to say I'd absolutely rather play this instead of Dirt 5 since I can make it feel more rally-ish and I have MUUUUCH more options of what cars I wanna use and how I wanna customize them.

If I have to complain about something, that would be the fact that this DLC doesn't add much more actual rally cars to the game. Does Playground Games really thinks the players would rather drive some big-ass trucks and buggies instead of rally cars or they're just being stingy because of licensing being too pricey or something like that? dunno.

Even so, I really enjoyed most of my playtime and I really think more people should give this DLC a chance. If you don't like trucks just don't bother driving them lololol.

Almost two years since the DLC was released and they still haven't fixed clipping on loops. I can't believe they basically re-released the FH3 DLC and somehow managed to make it worse (and charged me for it). Can't even do some of the speed traps without raising the car's suspension because of this.

The progression is very bad too, like, why the hell does the DLC forces me to do cross contry on B class so I can actually enjoy the Hotwheels tracks on higher classes? This was supposed to be a Hotwheels DLC ffs.

Progression on Forza Horizon was never supposed to be linear and that's why the game randomly gives you S1~S2 cars on wheelspins. The playlist is, too, a good example of that: It always tries to make you use different types and classes of cars all the time, so you don't need the game to prevent you from only using the fastest cars you have, like this DLC does.

If you REALLY wanna waste your money on one of the expansions, buy the Rally Adventure DLC instead.

if the objective is to increase the player base it makes a lot of the sense that the next playable characters would be of the most mainstream franchise (fate)

Você tá pagando por um episódio de Yuru Camp, se estiver ciente disso pode comprar.

É curtinho (em 30 min dá pra fechar), você mal interage com o cenário (as poucas interações acontecem considerando pra onde a câmera tá apontando, então nem precisa do VR pra jogar) e só tem o propósito de ser fofinho e comfy. Como já sabia que seria assim antes de comprar acabei satisfeito o suficiente.

Eu não comprei isso na Steam pra me forçarem a usar Epic Games não, caiam fora dessa furada.
