Yes, it really is that good.

Great music, great gameplay, varied levels. This game knows exactly what it wants to be, makes the gunplay and zooming around fun, and does not overstay its welcome. Completed all levels and most challenges and was super happy with my purchase. If you want to complete everything on all difficulties--knock yourself out, but I got my money's worth just by playing everything once.

To my surprise, it kept getting better and better with every level. Nice atmosphere, lovely retro graphics and sound, good gun variety. A healthy mix of intense fights against and quiet corridors with light puzzles to solve. The story was interesting and only told through a few notes left throughout the levels. A nice recommendation for anybody looking for something cool to play and an absolute must for boomer shooter fans.

You can drive a Lada on a neon street towards an abstract 80s sun. This is pretty much the best thing you could do in a video game.

The concept is simple but the execution is competent, the stages are varied and it just oozes style. The soundtrack is amazing and adds so much to the experience. The dev is responsive and was quick to fix the one technical issue I encountered.

I mean, it's a skull on a chain. It's great. Get it!
