Shadows of Doubt is a super fun sandbox, where you play as a private investigator who has free range on how to approach solving your case. Its super open ended, and encourages you to explore every nook and cranny, and to get to know each and every citizen in the city. Plus, the look of the game is phenomenal.

I've held off on reviewing this until I had finally done New Game +, but, having finally done so, I think it's about time I give a review on the game.

I don't really review games often, but this game is worth it. I did complete it within 100 hours, but I ended up just exploring for another 200 hours, because I kept finding new things, even up to now. Have played 2 other characters for about 40 hours between both, but spent most time on just one character.

To cut to the point, this game is amazing. Easily my favourite game I've played in the last couple of years. I had no real expectations for the game, other than recalling liking Dark Souls 3 when I played 4 or so years ago, and it still blew me away. By far the most accessible and expansive FromSoft title to date, with an open world which rivals the likes of Bethesda or Rockstar games.

The combat is tight, the style is stunning, the music bombastic, the world is enchanting, and the story and characters are fantastic.

I only really have three big complaints, the first being that bosses are, for the most part, not as good as in Dark Souls 3.
Secondly, the multiplayer is annoying, I love playing with my friends, but invaders, exploration restrictions and summoning make it significantly harder to really enjoy it so much.
Finally, the game ends.

Really, this game is something special, and a true testament to FromSoft's dedication to their craft.

My tip to any new players, or anybody looking for an easier time, is to not see failure as a negative, but as an opportunity to eventually learn how to beat an enemy, and feel like a victory is truly earned. Next up, despite what people may say, summons and spirit ashes are NOT cheating. They're features included in teh game which were added explictly to help players who need it, there is no shame in that. Lastly, if you can't get past a certain boss or dungeon, just leave it. It's not going anywhere, and if you go and fight easier battles, eventually you can come back and defeat that one boss.

GOTY. 10/10. Buy this game.

Is like House Flipper, but less of the House Flipping, and more of the cathartic cleaning.

Seeing as it's this games first anniversary, I thought I'd finally leave a review. This game might just be the best indie horror game I've played. I have rarely experienced as much genuine dread and fear in anything before playing this game. Best of all is that the game is able to be horrifying, all without resorting to using jumpscares or any cheap tricks. Rarely have I ever felt like any deaths were unfair, for the most part, its up to your own brains to survive.

Not to mention, VR and multiplayer. Multiplayer Phasmophobia may just be one of the most simultaneously hilarious, and terrifying experiences ever.

Seriously, if you want a good horror experience, whether on your own or with up to 3 others, I highly recommend this game.

Watching the HRE disintegrate at a rapid rate makes this game worth it alone.

The game might be a little dated. The game may have Paradox warfare mechanics. The economic system may be confusing. The politics and pops may be daunting.

But damn do those mechanics make it the best Paradox game.

Peer Pressure. Never again. Good plot, 10/10.

Princess Remedy In A Heap of Trouble is the second Princess Remedy game, and my favourite of the two. The game retains the same cute retro style as the previous game, bullet hell gameplay and witty writing, but expands upon it through the addition of the dating mechanic. The dating in the game doesn't transform it into some visual novel or anything, it's purely a power-up mechanic.

While I prefer this game over the first game, I would start with World of Hurt to see whether you would enjoy this game or not, seeing as this game actually costs money. As of now though, we are yet to see a third game, though she appears throughout other Ludosity games.

Princess Remedy In a World of Hurt is a fun little game which only takes a few hours to finish. I'm not one for bullet hell games, but the cute retro style and the witty writing is enough to keep the game engaging.

Although I believe the sequel is still the better game, there's no reason to not play this game, it's free to play after all.
