Very fun base-building, zombie survival game. Plenty of events, options and stuff to discover.

THis game is clearly WORSE than dying light 1.

The worst "improvement" are there are like 20x more volatiles than the first game. They don't stick to the streets but are EVERYWHERE. I have loaded a game and spawned in a safe zone with 2 volatiles just hanging around outside the entrance. Annoying, not scary in the least.

Another example: I defeated a GRE anomaly (only occurs at night) and when I went into the nearby container for my prize 2 volatiles jumped on the roof of it. One jumped inside and killed me before i could climb out despite throwing a UV flare.

Also the stamina system is ridiculous: any average human can climb or swing a weapon for more than 3 seconds before collapsing.

Very good remake, adds some nice features to the original classic game.

Not flawless though.
THE major problem is the completely dumb idea to make knives break after some number of uses.

Fantastic game (if you like soulslike), large, expansive and interesting world, many many different ways you can play. Combines exploration, great lore and enjoyable boss fights. 10/10
