Does anyone else imagine Jerma as their father figure to not feel sad?
Last night I was struggling to sleep. I am really anxious and stressed bc of family problems and starting university recently. So last night I was struggling to sleep bc I was really worried and stressed so I imagined Jerma985 as my father and like him telling me that its all going to be ok, that he loves me and I am his favourite daughter, that he is going to brutally murder everyone who hurts me and is going to protect me from everything and other comforting stuff like this. Is this a normal way people cope with stress or not? There is probably so much wrong in my head.
