Fastest-paced game on the market. Highly recommend!

On top of graphics quality, it's easy to achieve + maintain. I use a single factory-clocked GTX 960, and manage practically Ultra on 1080p (Working on 4k). I had to turn 2 things down 1 notch to achieve my 60 fps, but other than that, Ultra on 1080p.

Gameplay is another aspect that is really well done. It may seem boring watching other people play and uneventful except for the occasional demon hoardes you run into, but trust me, it flows.

Storyline is done pretty similarly to the Ultimate DOOM's, but slightly better explained and characters (besides yourself) have names.

Last thing to brag about is how much tribute it pays to the older DOOM series. It follows the storyline, has the throwback secret rooms , and uses almost the exact same guns.

The only thing there is to complain about here is multiplayer. Take COD and HALO, they make a baby, that kid becomes acquaintances with DOOM, and then is brothers with Quake. In a nutshell, not DOOM. I absolutely hate the multiplayer. Could have been done so much better. But besides that, WONDERFUL game, GREAT JOB ID! LOVE IT!

Blazing fast, hardcore, and strategy-requiring...Bring out the 300 hz monitors if you want to see anything happen...

Love the old versions, played lots and lots of the game.

Great game and if you like challenges, puzzles, and difficulty, this is for you too.
