All the fun of real surgery without the problem of a mess and dead body afterwards. The fiendish controls make the game very funny but also sometimes a little frustrating when you can't get that damn hand to go in at right angle.

The dentistry part is pure torture.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is the franchise reboot that people didn't know they wanted. The original XCOM had a learning curve that was practically vertical in difficulty, but this one is easy enough to jump into without a clue but deep enough to challenge someone who is a veteran turn based strategy player.

If you own Civ 5 you should own this.

You should buy this game. Cave Johnson is solid gold.

The single player campaigns are pretty good and often amusing. The Last Stand is a good hero survival set up with high replay value. Multiplayer can be a little odd if your used to Starcraft 2 and making bases in general.

This game is epic. It's like "Ghouls and GhostS" for the side scrolling action, but with all the building, crafting, loot drops and treasure hunting to do it keeps you busy.

**Update: Haven't played in a while. Now they have added so much stuff that when I load an old character an apocalpyse of bosses all spawn at once. Good times.

A can't miss RPG game. Would recomend picking it up before ME3 comes out this winter.
