very fun very cool good job

updated post-emergency patch:
review remains negative but bandai namco has taken baby steps in the right direction. sadly, these steps are far too small to fully address the issues they created with the release of season 2. at this pace, the game has a chance of being fun in a year, maybe two.


old: season 2 is a sick perversion of everything i loved about tekken. before i get labelled a salty legacy fan that hates change, please check my hours on tekken 7. this is an awful direction for the game and i hope to god we never get a tekken 9 if the dev team fails to recognize that.

it's as if 50% of the dev team thought the game needed better defensive options (the buffed movement feels great! good job) and the other half throws their controller every time they get sidestepped
