It might as well have stayed a mod for Arma and saved us spending real money on it. There's nothing special about the Day Z stand alone. It's still a "zombie" survival game where the most dangerous enemy in the game is another player.

Steep learning curve for anyone not familiar with Arma controls. Un-intuitive controls will prevent this game from ever expanding to the masses.

If you want to try DayZ, just play the mod and save yourself the cash. There are better zombie survival games available that really focus on surviving ZOMBIES.

So much fun it's crazy. I was very surprised.
