A solid game with good immersion into Callisto, story is exciting to follow as it unfolds, the graphics is pretty good and was smooth for me with rare occurrances of framedrops. There are also some moments where physics don't apply to the game such as an elevator falling but hey it's a game. Making "E" the button to climb, interact and skip a cutscene was a dumb idea in my opinion because I accidentally skipped a few while playing but also kudos to the game developers for making it so seamless. Fighting is fluid and fun, exploration does reward you and overall it will be a fun experience.

This game + divinity combat would kick ass any other game. Still deserves GOTY due to the sheer size of the game with attention to detail in every corner and the freedom in the rpg element of the game, you can be anyone and create a class to your likings. Only sucks at disappointingly weak items and combat where it is a miss every other turn.

From top to bottom, this franchise is very intriguing. The timeline it is set, the atmosphere, gun play and the story which is all it matters. Or at least I thought.

From its popularity I gave the older Metro games a go but upon first couple hours I found it very difficult to play mainly from its clunky gameplay and the sluggish feel of the game along with some bugs. I always try to finish a game at least once so I rarely leave a story game in the middle.

Metro was one of the exceptions. I just could not get myself to play that game where I did not enjoy any aspect of it. Fast forward to this year, thinking meh maybe I should give their most recent title Exodus a chance since it was released years after the previous titles. However, never have I was so disappointed after the Cyberpunk fiasco.

I was yet again let down, not by the impressive graphics and game design, but by the unnatural animations and dialog which are all very slow and heavily scripted giving an unpleasant gaming experience in any minute of the game. Putting on the subtitles and having the game in Russian eased this ugly feeling but throughout the entire game I was not having fun apart from the occasional beautiful landscape views and exciting gun customisation and and actually enjoyable shooting experience. The looting is very unnecessary in this game and becomes tiresome rapidly. If I have to say more, no game should be this cruel to have NPCs slow as a turtle when forcing to follow them. I am still in the middle of the playthrough and will finish it but if I were to recommend, I would be better off wasting these hours on another game which I know I will be enjoying much more.

In conclusion, this studio of developers are not up to the standards of a AAA game so do not expect much from this franchise. The unsettling feeling of scripted gameplay and unnatural feel of animations and dialog is a complete turn off for a story driven game where you were supposed to be immersed by it for hours.

6/10 at best.

8/10 game in my opinion.

I can see how other's complain of performance issues with the game but considering it was ported from a console game and how it ran on my computer, I had no issues running it at high graphics settings at 60 fps or above on a moderate to high end laptop. I think the recommended specs are for running it on low graphic settings so if consider it if your computer is better than those specs.

I really like the main story and while the side quests are there, they are not repetitive or boring to do but in fact they are also fun and interesting to do as well. I recommend doing the side quests as the skill tree is quite big and you would need 90% of the skills there to be learned so better start levelling up. Though you would get levels easily by doing side and main quests so it would go with little effort. Story is not the most mind blowing experience but it certainly has a pretty interesting story and especially considering the beautiful world, it was very enjoyable and did not get bored towards the end like some other games where you would want it to just finish.

The DLC is included and it has at least 10-20 hours of content and its somewhat connected to the main story so considering it is included, it is a plus.

I strongly recommend this game for those who are interested in this type of game but if you do play it, please turn on aim assist as it changes the game completely. I thought aim assist is not for me as I am an experienced player but this game has some weird hit boxes which will drive you crazy for all the shots you cannot make. When the assist is turned off, you have no help from the game and have to hit the machine parts or people at the right exact spot at the right pixel. 1 mm off and you miss the shot. There is so much movement during a fight, the machines move fiercely and you are also constantly moving, plus the fact that you are aiming at a third person angle, its pretty difficult to hit during fights. Trust me and keep the assist on if you want to enjoy the fights as much as the rest of the game.

An amazing adventure / exploration game as it fills in your curious ambition to discover new planets and solve the mystery. If this is what you are looking for, this is the right game.

There are no tutorials or anything to guide you to your next objective, apart from the computer in your space shuttle which shows clues and logs. You are required to interact with everything and discover everything yourself. The game's design is amazing, every planet is unique and have their own story. What is up to you is what you are supposed to find it yourself. It is a relaxing game with chill music but also an incredibly adventure filled story rich game that makes you appreciate the game even more.
