I usually hate when people tell me "Oh, it gets good after this point!" This however, please give it a chance. Even if you vaguely know what happens. It's like watching Fight Club and knowing the twist.

It's really hard to tell if I'd recomend this game. I only played the first episode and I found it to be kinda meh. It has an interesting concept and the characters are alright but nothing to special. The writing I feel to be really awkward and pretty cliché and there's a lot of plot holes.
I used to hate games like these. I felt that didn't invole much,but TellTale's Walking Dead completely turned me around on that. That being said,I feel like this game uses more interactivity in it but sacrifices intriguing dialog.
Overall,I'd give it a 6/10, I guess I'd recommend it if you're into High School dramas. I wouldn't recomend it if you don't like a somewhat predictable and cliché story. If you can pick it up during a sale,I'd recommend it then too I guess.
I'd also like to point out,I beat the first episode in less then 2 hours. Which I was kind of expecting half way through. Don't know if that's a bad thing or not. Up to you to decide.
